Based on the Central Coast of NSW, Hoyhaul was started in 2005 by Dean Hoye. Hoyhaul is a family run operation that has deep roots in the road freight service industry. Virtually born into the business, Dean entered the workforce in 1987 to work with his dad at the tender age of 16. Starting in the warehouse, he was schooled in load restraint and logistic management systems until he was old enough to obtain his truck driver’s license. Dean got behind the wheel the moment he was able, and proceded to deliver sensitive freight for a decade from the age of 23. His early starting age and extensive experience, combined with a growing reputation and cool head gave Dean access to exclusive professional work while other aspiring drivers were still earning their stripes.
In 2004, Dean decided to take what amounted to 17 years in the industry to invest in a brand-new Kenworth B-Double combination of his own — and so Hoyhaul was born. Using his experience and natural efficiency to provide excellent service, Dean added an impressive new truck to his fleet every year for three years running, and then two new trucks per year every year since. As adept at managing people as he is behind the wheel, Hoyhaul has grown to offer an impressive fleet of ambient and temperature control vehicles, for local and national distribution, along with a state-of-the-art warehouse facility and its own full service workshop.
Such an impressive expansion is no accident. Dean drives his business with an acute sense of exactly what his clients need, to move more than freight, but deliver a service that never fails to invest care in every task.
